Created, edited
and launched the first ever website for Coldex, a
refrigerator rental company. This
revolutionized how business was done by Coldex
because the website moved the company from mainly over the phone orders to a
more simpler to organize computer based e-mail
ordering process. Also, the website
was organized to provide answers to frequently asked questions that Coldex’s customers may have. The website was created using Microsoft
Publisher so that the site could easily updated by people within the company
who may not have html experience (i.e. drag and drop editing as opposed to
html programming) and cost efficient to upgrade computer software (i.e.
Publisher is part of Microsoft Office which is normally an update purchased
by most companies). |
