Toasted Almond Rice

5 Green Onions, Sliced
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cups Wholegrain Brown Rice
1 tbsp low sodium sauce
900 ml Chicken broth
1 cup toasted almonds
1. Cook onions in heated oil in heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute, stirring often.
2. Add rice, soy sauce and broth.  Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover.
3. Simmer stirring occassionally for 20 minutes.  Remove from heat; stir in almonds.
Makes 11-12 servings
