Pizza Dough

Pizza with sauce, mozarella cheese spinach, mushrooms, red peppers and onions after baking.
2 Cup all-purpse flour
2 1/4 tsp. Pizza Crust Yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup warm water
3 tbsp oil
 
1. Combine ingredients in large bowl.
 
2. Mix until well blended, about 1 minute.  Dough should form a ball and will still be slightly sticky.
 
3.  Knead on a floured surface adding additional flour if needed, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes.
 
4. Pat dough with floured hands to fill greased pan OR roll dough on a floured counter to 12-inch circle.
 
5. Form a rim by pinching the edge of the dough.
 
6. Spread with pizza sauce.
 
7. Top with desired topping and sprinkle with cheese.
 
8. Bake at 425 Fahrenheit on lowest oven rack for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
