Ginger Lemon Fruit Dip

1/2 cup (125 ml) Natural Yogourt
1/2 cup (125 ml) Cheese
1 1/2 tbsp (22 ml) (or to taste) maple syrup or honey
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) (or to taste) of each: lemon rind and fresh ginger, grated.
 
1. Add natural yogourt, cheese, lemon juice and maple syrup (or honey) to bowl and mix thoroughly.
 
2. Add lemon rind and fresh ginger and mix thoroughly. 
 
Serves 4-6
