Ladders
|
Each child has a partner and each pair
of partners is numbered.
The partners sit opposite each other with
their legs stretched out with both feet touching. All the groups sit next to each other to
form a ladder. The leader calls out a
number and the partners have to run through the ladder. The idea is to see who
can get back to their spots first.
The game looks like this:
If you have an odd number of kids then have the leader to join in.
Variations:
·
Try saying several words at once.
·
Team up the left vs. right side of
partners (when looking at the ladder from the end as shown above) and have them
race off one set of partners at a time. The team to get the most of their side of
partners to complete the ladders game faster than the other side wins.
