Unfortunately, ...We were assimilated later in June. Unfortunately, I did have an ACI phone that was converted to Rogers Home Phone. I've been back and forth with their web support for over a week trying to get an idea what their local calling area is for "new" Aurora customers. All I know is that my office in Markham is now long distance and it wasn't with ACI. Rogers service hasn't been impressive at all to this point. They offered a non-Rogers web service where I could enter the from and to area codes and dialing prefixes to map out what was long distance. Who are they kidding? What a piece of customer service crap!!! One thing is that they have lots of room to improve.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15295555648308888907noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7697268.post-2760110710030678182009-06-24T00:46:06.552-04:002009-06-24T00:46:06.552-04:00Try Teksavvy. You deal with their customer service...Try Teksavvy. You deal with their customer service agents and they are all located in Canada, speak English and know what they are talking about. They have been very helpful in setting up our internet since I've had bad experiences with both Bell and Rogers. I also have them for home phone and long distance. If only they could do cable lol.Houghton Family and Friendshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11343128296143669887noreply@blogger.com
